Terms of Use

TalkStyle is a product of Media Junkies SRL. These Terms govern use of the TalkStyle app, website and related services.

Age eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity carried out through it. You must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. By publishing content on TalkStyle, you grant Media Junkies SRL the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, reproduce, distribute and operate that content within TalkStyle and its public share pages.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. Do not use TalkStyle to harass others, impersonate people, violate rights, distribute unlawful material, facilitate exploitation or interfere with the service.

Products and retailers

Product information can change. When you choose to Shop, you may leave TalkStyle and continue on a retailer or partner site. Media Junkies SRL does not control a retailer's stock, fulfilment, returns or final pricing.

Moderation and enforcement

TalkStyle may review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently remove accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members or comply with law.

Availability and changes

TalkStyle may add, remove or change features. We do not promise that every feature or third-party catalogue item will always be available.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the Account screen in the app. An external account deletion path is also available on talkstyle.app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
