Child Safety Standards

TalkStyle is for people aged 16 and over. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation and take reports involving minors seriously.

Age eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a TalkStyle account. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

TalkStyle prohibits content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, grooms, traffics, coerces or otherwise endangers a child. Child sexual abuse material is prohibited.

Reporting

Members can report content or accounts inside TalkStyle. Web reports can also be submitted through the Report page. Child safety concerns can be sent to support@talkstyle.app.

Action on reports

TalkStyle may remove content, restrict features, suspend or remove accounts, preserve relevant records where lawful, and make reports to appropriate authorities or recognised reporting organisations when required by law.

Cooperation with law

Media Junkies SRL will comply with applicable child safety laws and lawful requests from competent authorities.
